The ones that fit, both your purpose and your feet.
I'm not being deliberately unhelpful, but fit is more important than anything else. Unfortunately the only way to see what fits is to go to a store and try them.
If you're just starting out, something reasonably flat (no super aggressive downturned toe) and snug on your toes (eg slightly scrunched) would be what I'm looking for. If there's no void in the end of the shoe, there's less flex and you can therefore stand on much smaller holds. |
