Anyone had any experience good or bad with Sika Anchorfix glues for bolting?

From my reading the anchorfix 1 should be good enough for 10mm Us or eyes.
They come in a tube that fits normal silicon caulking guns and look pretty convenient and reasonable value.

Ramset have a competing product - Ultrafix Plus which is stocked in Mitre 10, but the strengths here look too low for climbing:

For reference here are the technical data sheets of other products used for glue ins, but its kind of difficult to compare as they dont all use the same tests:

I've used it once or twice. It's similar to 101 and KF2 with similar strength.

Or just stick with KF2 which seems to hold up to weathering pretty good and doesn't crack.

The sika 31/41 two part kit is the main offender used down here in tassie! Is cheap and easy to use, and gives you a much longer working time. You dont get many 'worms' jumping about the place either! Id be very surprised if they didnt make a cartridge version of one of there products that would suit climbing. Sika are one of the market leaders when it comes to sealing/adhesives so couldnt go too far wrong!

Ive put 31/41 to the test, 15kn in pull and didnt budge, didnt even deform 8mm U-bolt!
