M9 has encouraged me to talk about my bad bum. I have a thick skin and am happy to wear the nonsense.
I have 5 protruding discs in my lower back.
General siatica ie. Constant shooting pain down the outer shin.
Piriformis syndrome.
Achilles tedinitis/tendonosis. From limping.
Read first page of notes from the underground for the rest.
I will add physical therapy I am using when I am at a desktop
I have general lateral, posterior and far posterior pain of the hip.
Am I becoming a hippy?

Hip pain is often the referral from knees being dodgy.
And bad furniture and car seats.
The best bet for hip pain is to simulate your favourite sexual thrusting technique (sans partner), and exagerate the movements. You'll be better in no time.

if that was the case I'd have the best back on the planet. To be honest doing the mrs palmer can be painful. Do I have wankers shin?

Have you tried this test ?
While lying down ... "A straight leg raise is an orthopedic test in which the doctor gently raises your leg straight up in the air, extending the knee. If pain shoots down the leg being raised, this is a positive indication that there is likely to be something (quite possibly a herniated disc) putting pressure on the nerve root. A crossed straight leg raise test is a test where, when one leg is raised, the pain travels down the opposite leg. This sign is very accurate in predicting the presence of a herniated disc. "
Lifting the head exacerbates it.
The angle at which you can raise your leg without pain is an indication of severity.
