In an effort to encourage more frank discussions about the risks and consequences of recreational climbing a QLD based climber has released another user-submitted accident and near miss database.
I was involved in this project collecting example accident reports, and I am very gratetful to all those who have submitted reports about often their most traumatic days in climbing.
Like any user-submitted accident register there will of course be gaps and errors both in the details supplied and any analysis provided by the submitter.
