Hey JohnyK, the legend of everest. I don't ask cause I don't know the dude and I don't care that much. Do you really get on the internet and wish some random good health and even give a shit? He'll be right, young dudes with broken legs heal up most of the time.

What I do actually care about, believe it or not, is the next young dude and the next one after that. There is a production line of inexperienced young gym climbers coming out to break themselves on outdoor routes, because they don't know a few simple things. And people bolt ambushy routes. They look safe because there's a line of shiny bolts close together, but a lot of these things have "no fall" sections, which beginners don't recognise.

So what do you do? Thoughts and prayers for the broken kids?
