Disappearing blood lump on finger

I was doing some hang board training this evening, after the session I noticed my finger had a sharp little blue bump on it a bit like a blood blister right in the middle of the middle section, I guess where it got pressure from one of the holds. I though to myself that perhaps I had popped a little vein or something, wasn't too bothered. It was quite pronounced, a bit like a raised mosquito bite or something. As I was rubbing it, it suddenly disappeared. Which was weird. I'm still not too bothered but it did make me curious. Anyone had this?

Yes. My problems disappeared when I burnt my hang board.

Very limited amount of veins/blood on the underside of hand FWIW.

I think someone said you cant load photos at the moment, otherwise I would pop in a pic. I can see the site of the lump, its a little blue spot, I'm guessing it will pop its head back up next hang session.

Come to think of it, I have one of these on my leg which pops out when I go running.
