What will they come up with next? Get the cheap version Marcus minus motor or brake mechanism and get a mate or your beloved to do the hamster wheel walk.

Not a fan of this design, but am a fan of the concept.

There was a motorised wall similar to this one pictured at Cityrock which as I've mentioned here previously was a brilliant end of session endurance interval. Ran it at 40 degrees till failure, immediately reduce 10 degrees and jump on again repeating the process till 10 degrees to failure.

There used to be a treadwall at the Goodlife Health Club on Johnson st. I never got a chance to use it, just saw it there when I was going to Athlon once.
