Hi,
I m planning on stopping off in thailand on the way to europe in early feburary. I was planning on 2 weeks in Railay. Anyone have any tips on good routes, maybe better local areas to climb and potential for meeting random climbing partners?

Everyone will have there own classic but a couple of fun ones
-lion king
-red dwarf
-cafe adaman
-babes in thailand
-lars Lars
-missing snow
-the sit spins

It was a couple of years ago but they are the climbs that come back to me.
+ the groove tube direct thought the squeeze.

Low Tide wall has a number of seriously classic offerings and a top location. The Narcillion is all time. Hire kayaks and paddle around there from Railay west, stop and do a couple of routes at Happy Island on the way. We did it that way and it was the best day we had over there.
