I wasa just looking at the Pierces Pass topo and saw this route. Is this the route that Peter Martin started bolting in 2000? It seems to be in the right spot. If it is Pete should get props for ruining his elbows while bolting/jumaring the 2nd and 3rd pitches?

Yes
Props (whatever they are?) for getting out there, but it's just a bit of easy bolting.
I'm sorry he hurt his elbows doing it, we all do at some point.

Mikl, I think "props" is 'txt spk' for "commendations" or "heaps of gratitude" ;-)

Props are supports. So to give someone support is to give them props. I heard it from surfer and skater kids back in the late 80s and early 90s. Usually as "Mad props dude"...
