Hi there all, and hope everyone is still surviving lockdown.

I'm on the hunt for 1 (or two) in good or VG condition (possibly ADF issue drab olive ) Mont Adventure bivvies with stuff bags. Goretex or Hydronaute. either or. Been searching for a while on fleabay, and also encountered some scammers on Gumtree - so hopefully I have more luck here.

My budget is about $80-120 per bag depending on age, quality and condition. Its for some backcountry hiking my daughter and I are embarking on and we want to go light. Lighter than the tent we had that is.

Aloha and thanks

Fred

Hi Fredman,
I've got a Mont Hydronaute bivvy that I would be willing to sell. It's orange and black and has only been used a couple of times in a snow cave. It's in excellent condition.
cheers

Hi DJB, I'd be interested if Fredman doesn't want it, how much would you sell it for?

Soft!
A cheap plastic poncho and standing up all night in etts will see you through your next planned adventure!

Who'd a' thought all those years ago we' be sitting here reading and posting on Chockstone.

Aye.

Them's days you'd be glad to have the prize of a can of beans.

Aye. A cold can of beans.

Not hot!

Or warm...

On a cracked plate and all.

Hi Tim,
Sorry for the slow reply - just saw your message. I'd be willing to sell the bivvy bag for $100.
cheers

Cheers Dom will DM you.
It's a tough decision — even though the etts and poncho option would be good for my soul, warm and dry won out!
