Help needend choosing between 2 ropes. |

Once you're over half way on a 25 metre pitch, how do you lower down - what if you hit your head 5 metres from the top - you'll be stuck. 50-60m ropes are that length for a reason, and most pitch lengths take into account (among other things of course) that rope length.
That's my main point - other things I don't like about it - two fat ropes through the ATC is going to be un-maneuverable if you need to react quickly, plus the obvious and less serious weight factor
