Who really is 4th best climbing gym in the world??

I have a few questions:

Who's really 4th? Or was it a tie? Or is someone telling porkies, and if so, why settle for just 4th? (Cliffhanger on the same page claim they're Numero Uno!)

Odd that Hardrock's lead climbing policy doesn't make mention that the city gym no longer does sign offs and the Nunawading gym only does them Tuesday nights...

Yeh and also Cliffhanger boasts of being a founding member of IRGOA and claims to have been instrumental in setting standards....then lo and behold Cliffhanger exceeds all minimum standards!!!!!

Anyway both claims are complete bullshit as both of those gyms suck rotten eggs. Although I agree with the claim that they are both the 4th best gym in melbourne.
