I thought it might be apt to open this thread as a confessional for people's climbing sins (given the current religious climate on chockstone). I guess I should start. I have, of late, only just become aware of my own reluctance to contribute gas money. What penance can you suggest for my sin? Perhaps you can share some of your climbing sins and we can suggest an appropriate punishme.. er I meant penance.

result
not so good - time to tie into pancake of frozen rope at -55 (extensive), wind at top of headwall (not so good, 'no that's not a 747, that's the wind'), oh dear, i can't stand up right now (as before), result (retreat to ice cave until lack of feeling in lower extremities prompts retreat to 14k) and peanut M&Ms...
no feeling in front part of feet for approx 2 years...
