Last week I noticed a lack of recycling bins at Arapiles. Why were they taken away? I can only guess it was a money issue. Taking recycling away is not an option in this day and age. How about implementing a Rubbish Levy of 2 or 3 bucks at the beginining of your stay to help out with the collection of all waste. Or introducing organic waste composting to reduce the amount of trash, saving money on rubbish collection, which can be put towards recycling collection. I can't be the only one who is concerned about this? The development plan Tracey put on here last week said they wanted to make camping at Arapiles sustainable, improve what was there as it is not a money making camping ground. So now sustainable means, not recycling?
