The second belay on Pagoda at Moonarie, definitely an airy feeling when you are sitting on top of a massive detached flake perched on the side of Wilpena Pound. It'd be a phenomenal sight to see if/when it finally collapses.
Unfortunately no photo's.
Otherwise those early days of learning to lead double ropes spring to mind. So much rope, so little space and massive tangles. The hanging belay on Skink was a classic, I didn't want to drop any coils for fear they would get snagged on an edge.... leading to the worst tangle I've had!
Ain't no lazy office worker round hear, heh heh heh. |
