I'm pretty sure I saw some footage on the news last night of it being blasted. Such a shame. Fu#$ing wild storms over there though huh, what with the floods, mudslides and all.

In LA at the moment. It hasn't really been that wild - they just don't understand the concept of drainage.

Not used to getting a week or two of rain. The place just fills up and things start to slide away.

And I thought I was going to sunny baywatch country. Thought I'd drive around with the top down and beach boys blairing..... :)

Kim and I trundled a big boulder at Lugano in suburban Sydney, about the size of a mini, and it kept going 200m down through the bush and landed on the road (near the lugano slabs) where cars used to wait for the old ferry. fortunately there were no cars there at the time and the boulder blocked the road for 2 days.
