Elusive projects are a new one to me. I have occasionally been known to walk in circles but generally I have no problem finding my projects and have never known one to move or hide from me.

Point 4 refers to the state of mind. Where the climber has tried a route numerous times and thinks they are fit enough, can do all the moves, but just does not actually give the moves full effort, full muscle contraction, or really give full power! YOU MUST TRY.

I dunno, I swear extra wrong turns appear in approaches just to lead me astray on later visits to the same crag.
