Yep! The sound barrier wall offers some fun. Have you gotten some strange looks from passers by yet?

The best freeway wall to climb is in Doncaster.

Both entrances to the tunnel in Mitcham/Ringwood have some good climbing too. A couple of ''ēracks'' will take gear. And some 20 meter plus walls can be top roped easily. The Ringwood side is better, but more people around. Even a couple of real boulders and a ''falling down mini cliff'' lurking in the surrounding bushland.

Also try sound wall in ring wood opposite coach and horses car park. In summer gets a crowd of beer holding lookers gone out for a smoke from the pub. Handy when finished too.

I found a building in the area made of blue stone blocks. All crimps and edging apart from the 90deg aretes. Maybe 8m tall, tall enough to hurt yourself if you fall from the top. It's on a mains water pipe easement, I think its water, it could be crap. Used to be a pump house.

"Bonnie View wall" has some desperate thin problems we put up in the 80's.

On the Maroondah hwy near Bonnie View Rd there's a bus stop faced with stone.
Low angle but small n sharp. Have fun.

Maybe you could multi-pitch it and call it "the longest climb" or some wakn like that...

Because lets face it, a traverse isn't a climb.
