Hiya I am planning to call the Crown Lands Office in Orange early next week to try and have an informal chat with one of the officers referred to in the DPoM (section 3.1). I'll let you know what I find out. Happy to be part of an e-mail group to discuss/plan this, but (sadly) will not be able to get up Blackheath this month. If you are planning on making a submission, pls heed climberman's comments! Cheers Andrew
