Why not? What a stupid place to put a rap chain! I would like to see more rap stations chopped at araps, this sounds like a good one to start with.
Unfortunately, a bolt never seems to exist in isolation. If poxy, unneccessary bolts are left alone, soon even more unneccessary bolts will follow as people feel the precedent is set. This is not my imagination running loose into the future, it's happening right now at araps! (remember the loweroff rings AND belay/rap station on Kachoong?) Its getting to the point where I can no longer, in good conscience, remain on the sideline shouting at the players.
