Stefan Glowacz onsights hard Grampians classics
In a very brief three day trip to the Grampians, German powerhouse Stefan Glowacz has repeated some of Victorias most famous routes in impeccable style. At Muline he onsighted Eye Of The Tiger (30) and sent Path Of Yin (30) second shot in between proposing to his girlfriend! He also amused himself for a few tries on Demon Flower (31). At Taipan Wall he managed a true onsight ascent of the second pitch of Serpentine (29). He placed all the trad gear on lead although there were two fixed wires on the route.
Stefan is most famous for doing the first ascent of Lord Of The Rings (31) at Arapiles in the 1980's.
