A chat with a living legend: Geoff Gledhill
To promote the new guide, Geoff Gledhill is giving a talk about his adventures on Mt Buffalo, amongst other areas, at the VCC's general Meeting, being held this Thursday (23rd Feb), at 8.00 PM at the Australian Gemmological Association 380-382 Spencer Street, Melbourne.

Geoff has lots of history with Ozy and recently accompanied Lee Cossey and Phil Sage on Lee’s ground-up free ascent. Phil is a photographer and has provided all of his photos of this amazing ascent to us so there are some great images to show.

The next VCC general meeting, to be held Thursday the 24th of March, is very likely to be the official Guide book launch, with the guide available to VCC members at the discounted price of $42.50, and to non VCC members for $59.95. This meeting is expected to also have a talk by other well known and accomplished climbers with buffalo experience.

So if you're not already a member, you have about a month to join! ($57 ordinary members, $37.50 student) - and you will also get discounted entry at gyms ect, as well as supporting our hard working access officer, who's got plenty of work with the burnt Grampians....
