I know how to get it down to 680g.

Indeed, great work guys.
My only criticism is that some of the routes in the middle of the two page topos aren't readable (eg. routes 34-36 on the organ pipes in my copy). Will the binding loosen a little over time or will they always be hidden?

Unfortunately there was not much we could do about that. You will just have to consult the written description as well.

Indeed, I'm sure that between the text and the pictures of the routes either side it'll still be a lot easier to figure out than before. Thanks again for the excellent work.

No. That would increase the weight by about 5 and a half pounds.

Some guy called XXXXXX phoned me today and complained that his new 10m route in the Northern Group wasn't in the guide. Turned out he put it up just three months ago, grudgingly admitted that he had not written it up as yet, had in fact top-roped it and then confessed that it may in fact be a repeat of some poxy Pritchard route. You just cant win...........

Why wasn't "Born to be Mild" in? It's no more contrived than anything else on that wall.

And Headbangers in? What has she got I haven't? (Rhetorical question)

And where is the route that Bangla and I did on Colosseum Wall back in the mid 70s? Just because we haven't written it up yet is no excuse. It has a great name, Copius Mucous, cause it's not worth doing, geddit? (It snot worth doing!). What's that? The guide is already printed? Oh well ,let me know when you are doing the reprint and I'll send you the write up and topo.

oh and when you do that reprint, on p276 re Stumpy Tail, "three bolts and almost as many worthwhile moves" is wrong. It should read "two bolts and almost as many worthwhile moves".

I'm impressed that there are so many more pictures of girls and women climbing. very inspirational! Also I did The Dribble (grade 11 watchtower faces) the other weekend and really enjoyed it, the 3rd pitch was especially great. Glad it was included, thanks!

Fair point, but they didn't have to publish them in the guide! And there were heaps more ladies in the pictures in this guide book than in the last one. So I'm still pleased :)
