Just wondering if anyone out there has used an Awesome Woodys Cliff Board?

What did you think? How do they compare to a standard figureboard? Are they stable enough to get a solid figureboard workout done? I'm concerned it would swing around too much.

I think it looks pretty groovy and love the marketing spiel;
"The Cliff Board™ not only delivers climbers an awesome workout at home, it is the ideal tool for a progressive warm-up at the cliff. Just unclip it from your home setup, stash it in your pack and hang it at the cliff. Get those fast twitch fibres going so you’re primed for your project of the day."
Couldn't you just jump on a warm up climb to gee up those fast twitch fibres???
EDIT - I've recently mounted my Metolius hang board on a board so I can hang it off the Maxrack at work. The first few times were a bit sketchy until I clamped it to the rack. I was finding I could load one side up and pull the opposite side off kilter which while fun, was a little disconcerting at times. With the clamps it's awesome...

Related products include a porta-ledge fly, so apparently it's even good for warming up in the morning when you're mid-way up a big wall!
