hi guys just a quick note to say how impressed i was with rock hardwares service i dealt with brendon
himself and steve put together a toprope kit for me tailored to my specific needs and gave me heaps of choice i gave them a set figure and they told me ways to purchase at below my set price (when does that happen) gave them my card details at 4 oclock in the afternoon and next day posty has a parcel for me

Echo these comments, have bought 2 or 3 times from Steve & the stuff turned up very quickly.

This compares with my first purchase from the Brisbane lot which was purchased Friday, confirmed "shipping" via email last Friday, but didn't arrive until yesterday (Thursday). Still, happy with product and price.

FYI those considering ordering from the US - while I'm sure there are bargains around, I couldn't get the numbers to work - e.g. buying carabiners from the US was more expensive than purchasing mail-order from Australians when you factored in freight, unless you were buying rack-sized quantities .. then there was risk+Customs to consider ..

My new rope arrived yesterday. Thanks Steve, the colour is great! I ordered it last Friday, but as I was away Monday/Tuesday, Steve offered to withhold from sending and timed it just right so it arrived at my office Wednesday morning. Excellent.

My dealings with rock hardwear were great two, I made the order at about 3:00pm and the gear which included a 100m rope and some other bits arived on my door step at 10am the next day.
