Missed that one. ODH is clearly the hat king.

After a Fashion (clothes op shop) in Katoomba has a great pair of lederhosen, sadly missing baces, for $35...

Good answer! I'm now picturing Miguel wearing the above and dancing round the house to Bonny Tyler

I had to google who Bonny Tyler was, but yes, that does complete the picture nicely.
Totally unfair on Miguel, of course, who to the best of my knowledge has no Bavarian blood whatsoever (I can't answer for his musical taste). Still, he did invite speculation...

You guys weren't far off, just picture chaps instead of lederhosen...;)

I prefer Gaynor Hopkins as her vocals/stage presence were far superior, IMHO;)

You guys are good; my in-laws are German and we have 2 pairs of lederhosen in the house. Though neither of them make my bum look nice....

You mean they don't work the same magic that the chaps do? I'm now picturing Miguel herding high country cattle in Wyoming..........

I did work cattle just outside Fort Bridger for a while... No job too big, nor small for chaps! They're comfy and tough and if it wasn't really, really weird I'd wear them to work out here too...

You know, Miguel, based on some of your posts I really can't shake the feeling that you're clearly someone worth getting to know better! :-)
A cattle-wrangling, aid-climbing not-so-closet-lederhosen-wearing member of the LDS Church clearly should have some stories to tell.
Mind you, at this point we're firmly in thread drift territory. Back to locating the rightful owner of the lost guidebook...

Thanks Ben, much obliged...;)
Back to the guide book. I have one: it has nice pics in it. Thanks Simey

Curious to know if you had a boner whilst picturing the above scene?

Sorry my mistake - you've already answered my question above.

Pondering on Ben E in his El Cap regalia, and picturing ODH, picturing me in chaps, didn't necessarily produce a boner per se, though I think it might have moved; imperceptibly...
