I told you several weeks ago that the one I was looking at was in the gear shop at Hardrock in Nunawading for $110 and since that isn't terribly out of your way it'd be easier for you to grab one yourself than for me to grab one for you.

If your fingers are sore I'd see a medical professional before I embarked on any training to ensure that you don't make things worse.

That said if you do decide that a fingerboard is what you want to do, there are many options. The board you get depends on a lot of things like how much you want to spend, how much space you have and how elaborate you want your fingerboard to be. You can get away with building one yourself or you could spend a couple of hundred dollars if you want.

I bought one of these SoIll Blisterboards a few months ago from Climbing Anchors. I'm really happy with it and it has certainly helped me train open handed grips.

I just had a look at the website and they are 40% off at the moment. $39 is a bloody steal.

I'd like one of the Moonboards they have but they are $129 and I'd probably prefer to spend that much cash on something else. I'm a bit of a tight arse.

They look unreal, though.
