If someone messages you all upset like with these results from an MRI , what consolation can be offered. What is life like after surgery for a dynamic (short) climber? "Got my MRI results n seeing Julian tomorrow morning. 80% supraspinatus tear at the insertion pt at 11mm wide n articular fibre retracted 😥"

Alex Puccio has had major knee surgery and come back to hard bouldering, only to get a herniated disc a few months later and back under the knife to get two vertebrae fused. Less than a year later she is back competing and climbing double digits outdoors.
