Found this report on supertopo. It's an interesting read as the accident involved two parties, with both parties sharing their recollections of the event. Glad everyone's ok and wishing the injured Aussie a speedy recovery;

Don't know Tim Shaw, or his mate Scott who was injured, but hope he recovers well, and hope the guys had travel insurance. I read the Aussie version of events, and then flicked to the Americans blog. What a self indulgent load of cods wallop on the blog. It is almost a parody of the parody that has been floating around, except unfortunately he is serious.

Hmmm.... If I was blogging about a rock that I dislodged and maimed somebody I would probably be a little more introspective about the event and my role in it.
