Thats so last decade. Here's a new marketing idea...

Take a 30 something year old bumbly who only get's out on the odd weekend (e.g. me) and see how much they can improve if you pay them to give up their 9-5 IT job and just climb all the time. Plus give them heaps of free gear as we all know nice shiny new gear makes you climb better.

I'll await your call.
