But this one route would be his making
And with his nutcraft superior
He considered all other pretenders inferior
Oh pity any of them that try to emulate him.

Although he was engaged in a route fever sort of haze
He still spied the fixed trash out on the line beside him

The cult of which, to his greatest disappointment, a weird white guy with an Afro (aka simey) was never invited.

"If only arapiles was so malleable I could, just like Fred, create my own awesomeness. Woe to me to be destined to an eternity of writing of the exploits of others" he was heard to say on at least &/@ occasion.

So given that Arapiles was pretty much climbed out, he ventured far and wide throughout Australia and put up some of the great classics in the land. Soon after he was kidnapped by a gang of beautiful women where he was held captive as their sex slave.

Meanwhile M75, who had not replied earlier due being prior kidnapped by the sex slavers, couldn’t believe his luck when his climbing hero arrived to save him.
But his disappointment was great when he realised that simey was just looking for a quiet place to write THE book, and in fact the whole sex slave thing was just a rouse to cover the fact that he was obsessed.
simey writing a book? WTF he thought to himself, over and over, and over again.
This also explained why nothing untoward had happened to him while waiting for a saviour to come, so he returned home to count his shoe collection again as therapy for his disappointment in simey's brand of saviourism.

Meanwhile, back at The Hole, the Family was planning . . .

He was heard to say; "Yep, no wukkers simey, as I have an eye for detail so proof-reading THE Book shouldn't present too many problems, and I also have a special talent for critiquing any climbing photos in it!

So great was M75's disappointment, his bitter, bitter disappointment in his former idol, Simey the betrayer, he fled to the underground headquarters of 'The Family' where his anguish was assuaged by greasing up in pig fat and praying Simey would know real loss by losing his soul glow slathered Jheri curls. With his anguish assuaged M75 moved on, roaming the land like the preacher in Pale Rider, alert; vigilant; probably lost...

It was now he was taken back to the crag on private property which the owner, an undertaker, smiled and said 'see you soon'....
Still he gets goosebumps.
