My family come from Briagolong and I spent a fair bit of time wandering about the mts down your way. Always thought the cliffs at the Gable End, above Tali Karng looked good. (in the Avon Wilderness - my uncle used to take cattle up through the Avon Wilderness, two weeks on horseback)
Been a long time, though. Any of you guys checked that area out?

Nice boulder spot. Sit start from the gravel traverse right.
I bet there is heaps more to climb than what is here in Perth.

OK, here you go. New unexplored sandstone cliff just handed to the great unwashed on the Internet. Just name something in my honour...

Yes and the swimming is lovely.

I think everyone is going to keep on dying for that uber crag... Swimming does look good at least.

Possible new route name - 'I can't believe I listened to Steve and drove all the way for this!'

Looks like the sort of miniature junk you walk past on the way in to any Grampians crag.

Yep, and someone once said that Arapilies was all unclimbable and chossy.

But hey, how many other crags do you know with a good swimming hole only 20m from the base?

Eurobin Falls?
Nigretta Falls? (though perhaps not at the moment... The falls weren't when I was there a few weeks ago and it was a little skanky)
Loddon River?
