Despite what the guide says, there is no scramble off to the right from the top of Ministry Wall. You can either rap off a large conifer several metres back from the edge (haven't tried it, would be hard to get your ropes down, some loose rock around too) or traverse up and R along sloping ledge (a little mossy and bushy but OK) up behind big boulder and across substantial ledge (you can are almost at the end of the Labouring the Point roof now and not far R of the Pharos) where there's a bollard at the lip you can rap from easily.
Undercover Agent and Wormwood were quite good climbs, albeit endowed with some moss and bodgy rock, but the descent was too tedious for us to bother doing anything else. Secret Police looks great, but still has bees in it.
