I saw wallwombat having a beer in a pub at Goulburn one time. Since then he has gone on, and flashed Frocklifter 2000 V13.

That's nothing. I once saw Mr Gribble eat everything on the entree menu. Mind you, it had absolutely no effect on his lifestyle.

Tommy and his wife started the big push for the season yesterday (there time at 6am) here is his updates:

- Racking up for pitch 3! 1 & 2 complete!

- Hiding from the sun on top of pitch 5. Will start pitch 6 when the shades come! Going well so far.

- Happy to have the single ledge right now. Time for a siesta.

- Finished pitch 6 and fell twice on 7 so far...in the portaledge with food in my belly. Back to pitch 7 at 6am!

Kevin J has stated thus: Tommy starts the big Dawn Wall 2011 push tomorrow. Wish I was there like nothing else but sending Tommy all my good thoughts for the next few weeks. Do the same! send!!

If/when it gets sent, I wonder what kind of grade it will hold?

That was in my dirtbag days at Simeys cafe when I couldn't afford a main course. The black pudding was excellent though!

Pitch 10 in the bag...

(Facebook's default place for photos you post is the Wall Photos album. Tommy's are a little more literal than most: here )

Warren Harding didn't have his wife jugging up the ropes every day or two to give him a conjugal belay

Soft!

......and a bit to much like The Bold and the Beautiful for my liking.

Awesome climbing involved but boring and hardly an adventure, considering the two climbers involved and the amount of time they have spent on that lump of rock.

That time of year again, the boys were back up on the wall. Caldwell has a separated rib from a haul bag dropping 200 feet while attached to the back of his harness but Jorgeson is still trying.
