They could also make good use of proofreading other 'facts' they present, as well as a spell-checker!

That degree of professionalism by a company really attracts my $ /recommendation.

Surprisingly though it seems to present many of the relevant aspects of top roping accurately.

Except for the fact that the belay device is there one minute and gone the next. Plus simey isn't chatting up the girl.

Well to be more precise... I would explain to the girl that her boyfriend is a doofus given his top-roping antics and that I will happily help her learn to lead. She then becomes a gun climber, gets rid of doofus boyfriend and we cruise around together climbing all sorts of awesome routes as well as putting up a few mega-classics too.

This site is genius. You would think that, if they selected the photos and captions completely at random, that at least one or two might match up. But no. These people are obviously extremely competent. I feel like booking in for a course of whatever it is they have to offer.

Great to see rock climbing on the second page of the telegraph, Sydney. Well done Simon.

Cheers! I thought the Telegraph article in the paper was pretty good given the reporter only spoke with me for five minutes. The web site title is interesting... the diversity of climbing around Sydney is really amazing eh!

Had something in The Canberra Times too. It's funny seeing some of the quotes they pluck out of a much longer interview.

And ABC News 24 television did an interview on the weekend. You can see that here.

And this one at the Post Office!!

Probably wins the award for the ugliest convoluted top-roping climbing shot I've ever seen. What sort of stock photo agency sells shit like that??

Bit of a long bow, but tonight I was watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail and right in the middle is a short bit of footage of what clearly looks like Buffalo Gorge. Anyone else seen this?

BA posted on Chocky that pic of Buffalo Gorge from that movie, quite a while ago.
(I don't have time at the moment to find a link to it, but you are right, it is Buffalo).

What isn't real about the advert is that Brown or Honnold would need to pay for any of that gear.
