Climbing of some description. Or at least film of nice looking rock. I’d take film of other outdoor activities that people might be into like skiing, mountain biking whatever. It does not have to be a doco, I’d love to see someone do a action/adventure drama. A format that allows me to burn all the films onto a show reel that I can put in the machine and press play (don't make me have to hack your protection codes).
There is no time limit for any film, but it will be at my discretion what gets played - meaning if you send me 3hrs of your unedited climbing holiday (which some people have done in the past - bless their little cotton socks) then the likelihood of it getting played is nil. But if you send me something that is less than 3 minutes I'll definitely play it regardless of its quality; 3 to 7 mins will have to be reasonably good, 7 to 15 mins it will have to be pretty good, over 15 mins it will have to be excellent.
If I do Goatfest 10, and that is a big “IF” I will try to get a feature film of some sort that is professionally produced. Please note that accessing commercial screening rights for films at Goatfest is a licence to lose money. In the past I have been relying on the good will of overseas film makers for content. So as I wrote in the Season thread - who's making high quality films in Australia or Asia - bring them on.

Yes Folks, no festival for next year. We'll update the website.
On a positive note, we have had another party speak to us about running the festival, so keep your fingers crossed.
Cheers.

Yeah I saw those. If you are able to replicate your inner movements you can do that route no problems.
