It's the Pressings Dry Red by Morris Rutherglen that you are thinking of. Nice drop.

Some dirtbags at the mount were waxing lyrical about 4l reds for $8 at Aldis, maybe you should stop off there on your next trip.

Hey hey hey!! Settle down mate, I resent the implication that I am not a drunkard and a regular drinker of goon!!! It is not my fault if as yet I have not grown to like goon, red or white! I am making an effort, surely that counts!!

and if there havent been enough already:!!!!!

It was a great presentation last night at the CCA meeting - Mike Law-Smith, Jamie Valdivia and Damien Javanovic gave a presentation of their tours, with Jamie's being the main tour (Mike and Damo joined up at a few of the places) - Squamish, Bugaboos, Smith Rock, Yosemite and Indian Creek. I've got to stay on the cheap goon now so I can save up and go climb those places!!

AHH the checks and balances come full swing and what started as a thread on the subject of narkiness has now become a good thread on cheap goon, past adventures and friendly shit stirring. Is it time for a group hug??
Hell no the pines residents stink and are all disease ridden and contagious food thieves half you old farts are winos, Maccas head looks like a lost yeti now, Bombers making death trap gay gays and you dopey bastards are using them to lower your mates of dodgy bolts with car bog glue, The stamp collectors club are in full swing, Monty stinks of bolts and glue, Josh does'nt even climb now and if he did he'd just get injured again, You cossey boys are just plain nuts, Wendys apparently a femminazi (whatever that is) Im fairly sure Simey hasn't had a "climbing date" in a while and I'm not sure if some of you girls could control yourself if you ended up in Simeys strong manly arms and i have it on good report that all chockstone users are arseholes or assholes depending on where you come from maybe. No, theres no way I'm touching any of you.

Gee I love chockstone:-)
Have a good weekend chockas.

Good on ya surfinclimb. I had a great experience yesterday arvo where I was reaching up to the goon (the box sits on top of the cupboard in the shed for convenience) and I got a whiff of my BO from my two days unwashed t-shirt. With all my climbing gear around me, a whiff of BO, and some cheap goon, I was instantly transported back to The Pines. A quick read of Chocky completes the experience.

***Hugs***

(BTW, I have had a shower since. I know when I need one 'cause the wife tells me I'm starting to smell like WW&S on a climbing tour :-)

If I hadn't met her, I'd find it very hard to believe that you actually had a wife.

And I know I'm not really one to talk but have you posted anything this week without mentioning goon?

Good one. Wallwombat and I were only yesterday sitting around having a few beers reminiscing on how much we missed him :-)

No, VB was on special and I couldn't just drink all WW's beer (which we did anyway). I did manage to pick up a $2 cleanskin though.

Once I unveiled the esky full of Coopers Pale Ale there was no mention of goon for the entire weekend.
