Just because you're allowed one climb doesn't mean that you'll get up it. Ideally, I'd like to do Missing (Stapylton) in a continous ascent. That's one of my own climbs so doesn't really count.
I would go for "The Last Rites" at Rosea, especially if I could use my "The Loved One" variant to the second pitch.
For a climb that I might have a chance of getting up at the moment, I would go for "D Minor".

Ok last climb - so I'd want it to be long - really long. I reckon we go put a new route up on the side of 'The Challenger Deep' off the island of Guam. This is the deepest known point in the ocean and at nearly 11,000 metres I figure it'll be about 250 pitches of 'mixed' climbing. Any takers?
