What? Didn't you have a shoulder reconstruction or something? I think I broke my collarbone well before that, and I'm not climbing again yet. No fair.

No, no reconstruction yet, just a dislocation. I couldn't see the surgeon for 8 weeks, which is still 2 weeks away!

And I wouldn't really call what I'm doing now 'climbing' as such. Just sort of grunting and wobbling. But it's a start.

Im stoked cause me and the Family are moving to Nati for 4 weeks over winter and I've got us a house to rent. No cold nights in a tent, a real bed to sleep in and I dont care how much it rains cause I have a couch and a telly (and wife) for rainy day fun. No more weekend warrior rush for me and I have plenty of time to train to get strong before we go. WOOOOOOOO HHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!.

Stoked that JJ is O.K. He had an unfortunate incident yesterday where he clipped in hard to a ring with a 1m sling for a little rest. Deciding to climb on he forgot to unclip the sling, got 1m above the ring and fell , giving that old frame a nasty shock load. How's the kidneys buddy??

I'm stoked i've got two weeks of holiday, a mild forecast for the long weekend and days afterwards, and a full rack of lightweight goodies that need to be used: C3 000 - C4 5, keylock everything, revolvers, anodised wallnuts, tricams and rocks, now i just need to train up my brother as a belay slave!
