Yeah dalai, the saddle carpark area has some great lines there. That is where is was on wednesday (i thought it was just me and goshen who knew about this lol) but have done some great stuff out at NW outcrop as well. Will have to check out the area near lust buttress now as well. I love exploring.

With bouldering around Melbourne, I'd be surprised if there were many spots I wasn't aware of... ;-)

... but have you deposited the info in ACA (or equivalent), in case you end up too close to the springy end of the twig?
;-)

just played in a successfull grandfinal side only 2's and barely got a kick but by christ it feels good. (rockclimbing link) sure the vibes will translate into unprecedented summer of rock (tried but don't even believe it myself). cheery but.

good for you. fingers crossed for weekend -let us know.

I'm stoked that i saw the windmill (largest in the southern hemisphere- did I mention) turning. It was an exciting day.

I also saw a tumble weed roll past - I wish I had my camera to prove it.

I'm struggling to contain myself...x

I think we need a thread outlining what the threads are for - people are getting discombobulated...oh shit now I don't know where to put this one....

FB - What you doing at Uni? Having done two degrees...(get me!) I think you need to learn that Uni is a form of extended lifestyle choice -time management should get you lots of time free to climb or holiday or what ever... Remember that studies have shown that you spend only 10% of the time available actually doing work. I spent 6 weeks of my final semester on holiday in Malaysia... So I see you have two options - you can spend 2 or 3 days working hard and solid to do assignments which leaves you with lot of time for climbing -it's up to you when you choose to do this - My friend Gemma used to do her assignments the week we got them and hand em in and forget about them - I chose to ignore them until I'd saw a week before they were due and then devote a day (occasionally 2) to them.

So stop whining... unless you are a mature student (boo hiss) with family commitments etc in which case - bugger...poor baby. x

Hi sara, yes I am a mature age student, (yes one of THOSE) tho thankfully Ive avoided the whole family thing so far.The real reason why I dont have the time is cause Im doing a double degree in Outdoor & environmental Ed. and teaching, Im away on trips and prac a lot. So im too busy white water kayaking and bushwalking at the moment to go climbing.

Tragic, I know. but still, as fun as paddling is; its still not climbing.

> I think you need to learn that Uni is a form of extended lifestyle choice

Stoked my corn, zuchinni and chick pea fritters actually worked.

I was a bit worried that there might be a repeat of the salmon patty fiasco.
