Given that my shoulders are held together with string and bolts and my elbows are about as bad as yours, you can imagine there's a fair bit of empathy there as well.

I concur with skip. Captains of Crush grippers have changed my life! Closing a #2 gripper was better than sex and all achieved whilst at work!
