>a rad gal i met, which has left me feelin @ a major crossroads & like im finally gettin the whole maturity thing going on- at least to the point where i can have a real & meaningful relationship.

Well if it* starts going wobbly you can always ask Simey for advice on the 'Dear Simey' thread; ... or join PreferKnitting on 'Climbing trip used as a date - thoughts?' thread for advice; or ...

... No end of people to give you advice on Chocky?
Heh, heh, heh.

edit (before posting!) ~
(*get your mind out of the gutter, I am talking about the relationship!)

You paid $40 for frikken haircut!

You are a bloke, aren't you? You look like a bloke in all your photos. Josh isn't short for Josie or Jocelyn or something, is it.

Blokes should never, ever pay more than $15 on a hair cut and even that is pricey. Thats at least $25 worth of serious schooner money going into some no good hair technician's greasy mitt.

And I hope it wasn't a male hair dresser. For that price it would need to be a fair dinkum glamour and you'd have to get a shampoo too.

I'm very disillusioned Josh. I can no longer picture you as that winter big-walling, thousand- yard-stare-wearing climber/photographer/hardman. Now your the dude who paid $40 for a poof to give you a crap haircut.

actually it was a hot young blondie who spent more time massaging my head than cutting, but i still feel like my manhood has been somewhat compromised...

After just watching the not-so-mighty Rabbitohs get hammered by Manly in the semifinal, I needed some cheering up and watching a couple of little fellas bashing the crap out of each other always manages to do that.

Thanks Champ.

Acceptable but only because there is beer involved.

Still a bit gay, I reckon.

a real man cuts his own hair with kitchen scissors, gathers the hair from the floor and uses it to start the bbq.

A real man doesn't cut his hair at all, goes to arapiles for a few weeks and comes back with a dead fly in it...

...sabu's proudest moment.

All sounds good, but is it paying its way yet ? I believe our friend Mr Moonteeth is pumping quite a bit of his own dosh into the enterpise ...

Re: ur dream ... have you seen on telly when Kramer makes a coffee table out of his new coffee table book ? I think this would be good for issue#5! ... just wrap the whole thing up ala the free dvd on the front of Tracks magazine.

Good luck mouse ... but I reckon Rock will out-last uz ...

Fair dinkum , mouse ... did you take her to the snow , or just tell her it would be all lonely nights , while you then partied with babes , while texting her soul-full lovey-dovey stuff with one hand , as ur other hand unclipped an eager bra :D

*ahem* what is of concern, young fella , is that you seem to have contrived such a great ' lifestyle ' : climbing-related work, Crux-mag heavy-weight , roving-dirtbag-photog, snow hound , surfie dude , brotherhood with the Newy crew ... man u got it made !!!

YET !!! ' the real world ' lurks ... what about insurance and all that shit for when it all comess tumblin down , via a snow board f-up ?? You have to keep working to pay the bills , when you should be resting ... maybe you need to get yourself a girlfriend ...
