The topic of anchor replacement has always been a heated one. It has been incredibly hard tro reach any
sort of consensus about what is the correct way to approach this work. There is two active rebolting
groups in Victoria. The Natimuk Bolting Fairys (NBF) who are largely responsible for most of the recent
work at Arapiles, and Safer Cliffs
Victoria - who do work at all other crags in Victoria. These groups go about their work in quite
different ways but both rely on donated funds and their own money to finance their rebolting. NBF prefers
the anonymous and under-cover approach. SCV keeps public records of its work and consults directly
with the community through forums on this website. So what do you think of these groups?
