Better idea. We string a big tensioned cable between the top and the Pines, so we can all just haul a pulley up on back of the harness and flying-fox down.

on a slightly different topic. little james where did you come up with your email address if you dont climb big walls? just heckling but go and get on the capitan if you are keen it is awesome.

Why don't we gather all good rock around australia (Araps, Gramps, Blueys, Nowra, Margaret, Moonarie, etc etc etc) and put it in one MASSIVE complex in the middle of Australia with free 5 star accomodation and of course... the complex is completely airconditioned.

I repeat... silly silly thread.

i think that came up a while ago with the idea to airlift taipan and moonarie on top of each other or something similar...anyway i think ill go climbing now, thats all folks

Hahaha fair call. =) It's a long story. But hopefully I'll be getting to Yosemite in the next 18 months (if all goes according to plan, which it never f---in does).

ill drink to that!! i also plan to be there in the next 18 months, but i doubt if ill have the exp. points for capitan
