Um. I see that Dec 2024 major bans were applied at Arapiles. So it's effectively off limits? No Mitre, no Pharos, etc. I've finally got time to get back to my beloved activity after family and life commitments to find that my retirement plans of moving out to Natty or Wartook and spending my twilight years multi-pitching with other mildly overweight, sagaciously silver-haired individuals seems off the table. How's Natty going economically? I was about to organise a trip out there for said multi-pitching as a truly believed that common sense would prevail and the need for a major ban would be unnecessary. And while I think of it, is there some underhanded scheme going on where commercial operators can get access for a fee or am I now officially a curmudgeon?

Oh hi Phil, it's been a while.
No Chockstone has become very quiet. The anti-hacking measures make it hard to draft longer posts. Bit of a shame, as social media doesn't have the same community feel.
FYI the Arapiles bans (as announced November 2024) have not been put in place. The Management Plan is being reviewed and slated for release late in 2025. We are working behind the scenes to ensure a much better outcome.
regards
Steve
