Does Crag Care do 'Adopt a Trail' stuff? If so, awesome... if not, then take a look at the way it works with that organisation. Sounds pretty cool.
Adopt-a-Crag (as far as litter and poop goes, not bolting) would be kinda neat. Then posting in a facebook group or similar with a month update that is specific to that crag? And then people can share those posts...
Neil Montheith has done it a few times himself at crags around Sydney and it's generally an awesome way of raising awareness.
Similar to the marketing/sales strategy used in the http://pollinateenergy.org/ not-for-profit business where you end up with a network of self-promotion for the given cause.

talk about a self promotion concept. i doubt ozzy post would be happy about poop being posted back, no matter how poetic a soluton that would be to the problem.

Wait until until you hit the grand old age of 60 and receive, in the post, a faecal test kit in which you get to sample your poo and post it off for bowel cancer screening (albeit in very small quantities and in its very own "poop tube").
