I have never had a problem with people not loving my routes, but that is because of their consistently high quality. It was only after my new routes started appearing on the scene that guidebook editors realised that they needed extra stars to highlight their exceptional place in world climbing.

I think the 1 out of 5 stars was more useful for describing Dalai's routes... his better ones.
