Well I don't know if that counts as "right" however I will concede that you were at the same party.

Whether it's "right" or not requires some kind of judgement call ...

freesolo, while I have some sympathy for you, did you actually go and ask for the sound to be turned down?

Is this a comment that people haven't understood the supposed logic of your bizarre syllogism at the head of this thread?

From this (and the word 'real' attached to 'climbers') I have to conclude you're an arrogant berk and I'm glad you were kept awake an I hope it happens many more times while you're at cliffs.

I think I understood the first post, but it took me a while to realise what a "zip-right" was

No Kieran. You misread the book. Moby Dick doesn't give a flying fish for Ahab. Like all of nature the whale is indifferent to the monkies who think the world revolves around them.

And there's 102000 more words where that came from.

I was re-interpreting it for my own non-artistic purposes. I was fairly sure you'ld set me right.

I thought I knew retro's identity. The posts were in English which ruled out 99.5% of people on this site .

People who hide their real identity (i.e no name given in their profile) and tick every box in the "I Climb" panel SUCK!

You really do seem to dislike people not giving their name in their profile.

Luckily I don't aid ;P But if / when I try a Big Wall (not necessarily via aid) I'll have the full tickage, oh no!

I think this is the second instance? You are very observant.

The way Chockstone is/was set-up allows for such anonymity and, yes, it's people's right to hide away behind a nom-de-plume if they choose. However, their views, opinions, and comments carry less weight as a consequence.

One might justifiably ask "What have they done on grit?"
