I get this IIS error when I go to the http://www.chokstone.org/ address.
This is what I have used for my shortcut. If I go straight to the forum or other things all is fine.
Sorry if this is the wrong place to put/send this.

Dude, check the spelling:
http://www.chockstone.org

Great thanks dude for picking up the typo. But did you try to see if the corrected typo still had the same problem that I suggested even as you typed it in.
Also I know the difference between a unresolved web address and the great IIS error that is shown.
The shortcut worked before the hack. I have been on the site before.
Thanks

Micko, I used to get that error while the site was down on the weekend, now I don't.
Maybe hit F5 Refresh while in your browser at the offending page?

I was getting the same all weekend. Try ctrl F5 and if this fails (if IE) >Tools>Internet Options>
Delete Cookies and Delete Files...

Thanks for the F5 suggestion. This cleared it up. Sorry for not trying this first time.
It must have got in the cache while I was trying to access the site when it was down.
