Found a pair of tights on the road out of Mitre Rock. Look they might have been left on outside of a car and fallen off. No obvious skid marks of either variety.

I DO think it is time to revive tights as climbing apparel. I have a lovely pair of fish-scale (pattern) tights (as opposed to fish net construction) that show my legs off to great advantage, but my climbing partner is unaccountably reluctant to climb with me when I wear them.

I think these might fall into the class of so-called "active" wear. Quite boring compared to what we used to wear in the 80s. I suspect that no-one will claim them and they'll go in the bin

Solution: Next time you go climbing with him, before putting on your harness, remove your pants to reveal nothing but fishnets underneath. After that, he'll be less likely to object to the fish-scale tights.
